Yee (meme)
From UnAnything Wiki
Yee is a funny variant of Yes. It came from a video about two dinosaurs (A digimon one and a t-rex that was a weird counterpart of Tyrannosaurus Alan). Yee, two dinosaurs it is! Not to be mistaken as a rip-off of the Volvic Revive commercial scene. You can also say Yee as a different version of Yes! And Nee as a variant of No or NOPE!
Yee is Illuminati confirmed[edit | edit source]
- Yee rhymes with the letter C. And C is for camel, because that camels have one hump
- Arrange the letter Yee into eye (COINCIDENCE!? I THINK NOT!)
- Y is the 25th letter in the alphabet and E is the 5th letter in the alphabet
- 25 - 5 = 20
- Dinosaur have 8 letters total
- 20 - 8 = 12
- Make Yee have four letters if longer
- 12/4 = 3
- YEE IS ILLUMINATI! NOOOOOO! I'M GONNA CALL CHUCK NORRIS THAT WHAT YOU'VE DONE IS MAKING GOD OR ARCEUS UNHAPPY!
Alternative theory[edit | edit source]
It can also be argued that the original author is confusing "Yee" with "ye," which in fact has been used as a slang term for "yes," and has been documented as early as 2008. Considering that the Yee meme only became popular in 2014, we can conclude that "Yee" is etymologically unrelated to "ye" and "yes."
