Maize is a cereal grain first domesticated by indigenous peoples in southern Mexico about 10,000 years ago (if you don't know what maize is, it's corn).

It can be described as a "big lump with knots." It has juice, but it is also recommended to try it with butter.

It is also famous for being in Iowa.
